Hands on DC is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization that conducts a yearly citywide work-a-thon to improve the physical condition of DC public schools, raises funds to support college scholarship programs for public school students, and encourages greater community involvement in the public schools.
This year, Hands on DC’s work-a-thon event takes place on April 25th. You can sign up by visiting http://handsondc.kintera.org
